The HR Officer as part of the Human Resources team provides broad administrative and operational support to ensure smooth processes in payroll contract management onboarding and offboarding travel arrangements and other HR functions. This position contributes to the effective execution of HR policies precise documentation and seamless collaboration with internal departments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and validate payroll processing (HQ Geneva and international).
- Supervise salary statements reconciliations and social charges.
- Handle corrections special cases and interim/annual reconciliations.
- Oversee drafting validation and filing of contracts amendments and TORs.
- Manage records in HR systems/SharePoint and address urgent contract cases.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports (staff lists queries log checklists statistics expat masterlist).
- Consolidate and file reports for administrative use.
- Supervise onboarding (systems setup vetting induction vendor accounts).
- Validate offboarding (deactivation of accounts documentation compliance).
- Supervise travel applications bookings billing and reports.
- Coordinate special or complex travel requests.
- Validate HR documentation for ISO/social security audits.
- Ensure updates on social charges and HR platforms comply with Swiss law.
- Provide administrative and handson support for HR operations.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and urgent tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll accounting and human resources.
- Proficiency in accounting software HRIS platforms and travel booking systems.
- Strong command of English both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Crosscultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
