This is the role and main tasks

As aSenior Data Scientist inour Innovation Team youwill play a critical role in constantly keeping us on our toes with latest developments within the field of artificial intelligence.Relentlessly you will explore new advancesin technology that we can apply in our software solutions to create more value for our customers large global brands in manufacturing distribution and retail.

Your work willalso evolve arounddeveloping and deploying advancedmachine learningmodels that improve data quality automate complex workflows and recommend the next best action in data management tasks. By harnessing the power of agentic workflowsyoullhelp transform how businesses handle their data within our multidomain MDM platform STEP and our cloud-based Data-as-a-Service offerings.

More specifically you will

Lead and executethe research into new machine learning modelsand agentic AIand their application related to our currentsoftwareofferings

Lead and executethe establishment and execution ofinnovationprojects with internal stakeholders customers and partners.

Design and implement agentic workflowsand other AI solutionsthat autonomously manage andmaintainmaster data processes.

Collaborate with other team members to deliver prototypes and proof of concepts on innovation and co-innovation projects.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and integrate these models across our cloud environments.

Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learnPyTorch) and microservices

Qualifications

Masters degree in data science computerscienceor a related field with a strong focus on machine learning and AI

3 to 5 years ofexperienceimplementingAI / MLin software products

Experience with agentic frameworks such as MicrosoftAgent Framework or similar

Knowledge about microservices and cloud platforms (Azure Docker)
