The Position

In the role as (Senior) Business Analyst you will manage capability and capacity planning in Development Center Hearing (R&D) to provide transparency on resource allocation actual resource usage and build the capability to model portfolio scenarios.

The Team

GN Hearing Division is known for great sound quality design and technology excellence that help Bringing People Closer by overcoming hearing challenges.

At our Headquarters in Ballerup you will join the Program Management team in Development Center Hearing who are responsible for managing the product development programs to launch. You will work across the 400 people organization and particularly with the Development Center leadership on forecasting planning and prioritization.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

Be instrumental in working across Development Center Hearing building data models for capability planning.
Work closely with R&D Finance securing that planning and tracking matches financial reporting.
Assist program and project managers in building budgets estimate and benchmark costs and track spend.

More specifically your key tasks will include:

Overseeing long-term capability planning efforts for Development Center Hearing.
Enabling scenario modeling supporting portfolio development continuous load profiling 3 years in close cooperation with Product/Portfolio Management.
Supporting Development Center Hearing in yearly budgeting process in collaboration with R&D Finance.
Supporting with improved project budgeting and forecasting by creating models for various epic types based on historic data.
Supporting programs in budget creation/updates and continuous spend tracking.
Ad-hoc analyses supporting Development Center Hearing leadership efforts & strategy implementation.

To be effective in this role we imagine that you bring:

A Business or Engineering background with a mindset for analytics
Experience in business analytics and project management
An understanding of a complex portfolio and previous experience as an R&D Business Analyst
The ability to combine practical operational aspects with strategic thinking
Attention to details
Collaboration skills needed to work with the teams and work across functions and borders within an international organization and to bring people together to find great solutions.
Ability to operate effectively when priorities shift rapidly and to adapt to new requirements.
Experience with managing large data in Excel PowerBI portfolio management tools PowerPoint and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Proficient communication skills in English both spoken and written.
