Who Were Looking For
Education: Applicants should be current or final-year students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors degree in disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering Welding and Fabrication Engineering Technology Mechatronic Engineering Instrumentation Engineering Manufacturing Electronics Engineering Software Informatics Engineering Information Technologies Managerial Accounting or International Trade/Logistics.
Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
Skills:
Hands-on problem solvers
Good communicators who can articulate complex ideas
Go-getters willing to get involved and take the initiative
Innovators with a passion for new ideas and continuous improvement
Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Availability: Candidates should be able to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 12 months.
Terms and Conditions
Duration: 12 months (starting September 2025)
Location: PT Caterpillar Indonesia Batam
Internship Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.00 AM 3.45 PM & Friday 7.00 AM to 4.30 PM
Conduct: Interns are expected to uphold Caterpillars Code of Conduct and comply with all applicable safety policies and procedures.
