Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and safety-focusedProduction Worker IIIcandidates to support a well-established manufacturing operation in Miami OK. TheProduction Worker IIIwill play a critical role in maintaining efficient production operations while working extended shifts and adhering to all workplace safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Performproduction and manufacturing tasksin accordance with procedures and safety standards
Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out proceduresto ensure a safe working environment
Operate in manufacturing areas withmachinery exposure temperature variations and repetitive motions
Maintainconsistent productivitywhile standing and working onconcrete surfaces
Lift move and handle materials up to 50 lbsas required
Support team operations by maintaining aclean organized and efficient work area
Adhere toall safety policies PPE requirements and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDrequired
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to workextended shifts (812 hours)in a physically demanding environment
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Frequentstanding walking stooping bending and repetitive motions
Ability to stand onconcrete surfaces for 812 hours per shift
Must be able tolift up to 50 lbs
Ability to tolerateextreme temperatures and industrial conditions
Required use ofall applicable safety equipment and PPE
