Job Summary

Your Resbonsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with central banks private sector clients and key stakeholders to drive CBDC initiatives
  • Lead revenue growth through strategic account management pipeline development and consultative solution sales from lead generation to closing
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for complex contract negotiations proposals and RFP participation ensuring seamless project execution
  • Design and deliver workshops presentations and thought leadership at industry events panels and conferences
  • Identify new market opportunities develop business models pricing strategies and go-to-market plans to ensure product-market fit
  • Negotiate complex contracts and present solutions and strategies to senior management and board-level decision makers


Your Profile:

  • Proven success in selling innovative complex technical solutions in cutting-edge industries with a consultative approach from outreach to closing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at simplifying complex topics for all organizational levels and building strong networks
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus one additional language (French Spanish or Arabic)
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments
  • Preferred: Experience in payments or FinTech industry
