Following a 10M funding round in 2024 and a 6M Series A in 2021 we are now present in France Italy and Germany with plans to expand into additional countries in the coming years.


Job description

As a Sales Development Representative at Otoqi you will play a key role in the growth and success of our company in the German market. The primary objective of this position is to generate new opportunities and expand our customer portfolio in the automotive logistics and mobility sector in Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Prospecting: Identify and qualify new potential leads using various channels (phone email LinkedIn etc.).

  • Appointment Scheduling: Engage with qualified prospects and set up meetings for the sales teams.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track prospects and ensure opportunities progress effectively within the sales pipeline.

  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with these teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on prospecting performance and adjust approaches to improve results.

Desired profile

  • Experience: 1 year in a similar role (SDR BDR Inside Sales) or a strong motivation to break into tech sales.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage prospects and build relationships.

  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable handling objections learning from feedback and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus.

  • Results-Oriented: Goal-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams.

  • Languages: Fluency in German and English is required French or Italian are a plus.
