DUTIES
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in their respective Kitchens according to the standards required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have basic knowlegde of food hygiene procedures.
- Highly experienced in the same capacity preparingmeats poultryseafood.
- Knowledge of all meats / seafood cuts and preparations.
- Arithmetic skills and ordering procedures a must.
