Lawrence Eye Care a Hauser Rossaffiliated practice is seeking a full-time Locum (Temporary) Optometrist (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our well-established primary eye care practice in Chicago. This opportunity begins early July and will continue for 36 months with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Medical malpractice insurance provided
Average of 15 patients per day

Clinical Scope

Primary eye care
Comprehensive eye exams
Medical optometry
Contact lens services
Optical support available on-site

Schedule

Monday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
