People Culture & Wellbeing Business Partner
Genuine Parts Company (GPC) Asia Pacific is seeking a passionate and commercially savvy People Culture & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid role based at our national support office in Rowville VIC. This is a highly visible role partnering strategically with our NAPA and Repco retail and trade store networks across Victoria and Tasmania.
As a key strategic HR partner to our Sales and Operations leaders you will drive meaningful business outcomes through strong stakeholder relationships proactive initiatives and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to bring commercial insight and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment predominantly focused on the automotive aftermarket parts sector.
Reporting to the General Manager People Culture & Wellbeing (ANZ) you will work collaboratively with leaders at all levels to embed pragmatic commercially aligned people initiatives that build capability and drive performance. This genuine business partnering opportunity will allow you to expand and apply your HR business partnership skills in a challenging dynamic and inclusive workplace.
