This is an exciting full-time 12 month fixed term opportunity for a digital professional to provide essential maternity coverage as the CRM and Web CMS Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development & Marketing - Private Division you will be the go-to support for 10 private hospital teams empowering them to confidently use CRM and Website CMS platforms through training onboarding and ongoing support & guidance. You will help ensure accurate CRM data capture effective segmentation and meaningful insights to support targeted digital marketing programs and customer engagement programs with key audiences such as VMOs GPs and allied health professionals.

This role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues support enhancements and drive continuous improvement across CRM web CMS and digital practices.

Things that work for us:

We are seeking an experienced driven and collaborative digital marketing professional who brings:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a similar discipline
  • 8 years experience in a marketing role with at least 4 years of digital marketing experience
  • 4 years hands-on experience with enterprise CRM and content management systems
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital strategies CRM programs and multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Experience managing digital vendors developers or implementation partners
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing (preferred)
