About the role

Are you ready to take ownership of a critical role in our regional operationsWere looking for a Stores Coordinator to supervise the day-to-day operations and security of our Regional Inventory Stores and sub-stores across the region.

In this role youll also deliver a streamlined e-Procurement service ensuring our teams have the materials and resources they need to keep operations running smoothly.

What you can expect with this role

Manage Materials & Procurement Adhere to corporate standards for materials management and e-Procurement processes.
Stock Handling & Documentation Load/unload items (as required) and process all paperwork and system entries accurately and on time.
Communication & Coordination Liaise with stakeholders on stock movement and availability.
Monitor & Improve NWR Stores Oversee NWR store operations and identify and deliver improvements to work practices.
Reporting -Review and enhance current reporting approach
Provide Guidance & Support Offer functional supervision and advice to team members on stores management and procurement policies.
Ensure Safety Compliance Follow all occupational health and safety policies and proactively identify and report hazards.

Your skills and experience

For this role we are looking for great talent with:

Strong Experience Proven background in stores or warehouse operations including chemical handling.
Administrative & Customer Support Skills Ability to provide business and customer service support effectively.
Tech-Savvy Skilled in inventory management systems and PC-based tools (e.g. SAP MM SAP PM e-Procurement Microsoft Office).
Licences & Certifications High Risk Forklift Licence C Class drivers licence and Construction Card (blue or white).
Desirable Qualifications Cert IV in Warehousing Distribution First Aid Dangerous Goods Operator Certificate.
Additional Advantage Certificate II in Transport & Distribution of Dangerous Goods.
