About the role

Are you ready to take ownership of a critical role in our regional operationsWere looking for a Stores Coordinator to supervise the day-to-day operations and security of our Regional Inventory Stores and sub-stores across the region.

In this role youll also deliver a streamlined e-Procurement service ensuring our teams have the materials and resources they need to keep operations running smoothly.

What you can expect with this role

  • Manage Materials & Procurement Adhere to corporate standards for materials management and e-Procurement processes.
  • Stock Handling & Documentation Load/unload items (as required) and process all paperwork and system entries accurately and on time.
  • Communication & Coordination Liaise with stakeholders on stock movement and availability.
  • Monitor & Improve NWR Stores Oversee NWR store operations and identify and deliver improvements to work practices.
  • Reporting -Review and enhance current reporting approach
  • Provide Guidance & Support Offer functional supervision and advice to team members on stores management and procurement policies.
  • Ensure Safety Compliance Follow all occupational health and safety policies and proactively identify and report hazards.

Your skills and experience

For this role we are looking for great talent with:

  • Strong Experience Proven background in stores or warehouse operations including chemical handling.
  • Administrative & Customer Support Skills Ability to provide business and customer service support effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy Skilled in inventory management systems and PC-based tools (e.g. SAP MM SAP PM e-Procurement Microsoft Office).
  • Licences & Certifications High Risk Forklift Licence C Class drivers licence and Construction Card (blue or white).
  • Desirable Qualifications Cert IV in Warehousing Distribution First Aid Dangerous Goods Operator Certificate.
  • Additional Advantage Certificate II in Transport & Distribution of Dangerous Goods.
