Principais Responsabilidades:

• Responder a questões de fornecedores e parceiros sobre:
  • Datas previstas para pagamento
  • Motivos de atraso ou não pagamento de faturas
  • Status de contabilização de faturas e cobranças de rappel
• Apoiar os clientes internos com questões relacionadas com o processo de pagamento de faturas contabilização e reconciliação de faturas.
• Garantir que todas as respostas são efetuadas de forma profissional e dentro dos prazos definidos.
• Colaborar com equipas de operações e financeira na resolução de discrepâncias identificadas
• Cumprir políticas internas e procedimentos financeiros.

Requisitos técnicos:

• Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos em funções relacionadas com contas a pagar Tesouraria ou suporte financeiro.
• Conhecimentos de excel (formulas power pivots e tratamento de dados)
• Idiomas: Português e Inglês (fluente escrito e falado)
• Conhecimentos de contabilidade e de conhecimentos de Sales Force são valorizados

• Comunicação clara e empática
• Orientação para o cliente interno e externo: Foco em resolver problemas com eficácia e cordialidade.
• Gestão de Tempo e Prioridades: Saber lidar com múltiplas solicitações e prazos apertados.
• Resolução de Problemas: Pensamento crítico para identificar causas e propor soluções.
• Trabalho em Equipa: Colaboração com diferentes áreas para garantir processos fluidos.
