About the Role
As Accounts Payable Team Lead youll design processes implement structure and drive operational excellence shaping how accounts payable is done from the ground up within our GBS organization.

Who You Are
Responsible for executing the global accounts payable process in a defined area in an effective and cost-efficient way.
Responsible for the end-to-end invoice processing and settlement process for a defined area.
Responsible for compliance with regulations accounting principles standards and other agreed upon ways of working within the accounts payable process.
Monitor the work of others to ensure accuracy and general integrity of the accounting function and related reports.
Provides input to process improvement and continuously improves own area of responsibility.
Assist in communications to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets and understand KPI development.
Assist in day-to-day leadership and operational management for the respective team providing immediate supervision with an emphasis to coach and mentor team members and providing performance evaluation and feedback.
Participate in the daily operational tasks working together with the team.
Lead and contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
Support external and internal financial audits and resolving audit findings.
Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations.
What You Will Do
Bachelors degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role and 2 years of relevant work experience with direct reporting responsibility for employees within a team.
Agile mindset and good understanding of all business components and how they fit together.
Proficient in SAP (R/3 and S/4) InvoiceTrack or comparable AccPay ERP MS Office and Ariba.
Strong in leadership communication and collaboration with a proven ability to establish new processes and flexibility to adapt to changing environments new systems and/or methods.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
