In this role you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable technology solutions across Sales and Marketing functions.
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Technology Leadership
Lead large-scale digital transformation programs improving operational efficiency customer engagement and revenue growth.
Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate strategy and performance objectives.
Salesforce & Integrated Technology Solutions
Drive adoption and successful implementation of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service Marketing).
Deliver integrated solutions by leveraging complementary platforms such as Adobe and SharePoint to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement.
Optimize processes tools and platforms to maximize ROI across sales and marketing channels.
Oversee the lifecycle management (development deployment support and upgrades) of sales-related applications.
Digital Innovation & Future Technology Trends
Identify and deploy emerging technologies including AI predictive analytics and autonomous agents to drive innovation and business impact.
Provide thought leadership on the future of AI in Sales & Marketing translating trends into actionable strategies.
Continuously explore opportunities to enhance decision-making personalization and automation.
Customer Engagement & Strategic Storytelling
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external clients to align solutions with desired business outcomes.
Collaborate with Salesforce and ecosystem partners to co-create case studies customer stories and proof points that demonstrate tangible business value.
Leadership & Talent Development
Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing team of technology and business professionals.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in technology Business or a related field.
Relevant years of total experience in IT/Digital Transformation with a strong background in Sales & Marketing domains.
Relevant years in leadership roles managing cross-functional technology teams and stakeholders.
relevant years of proven expertise in Salesforce-led Sales & Marketing transformations (Sales Service Marketing Clouds).
Strong expertise in integrated technologies like Adobe and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to drive digital innovation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Knowledge of AI trends and practical business applications in customer engagement and process automation.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Salesforce certifications (Sales Service or Marketing Cloud).
Deep experience in leading enterprise-wide technology transformations focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
