Senior Procurement Partner for Travel

A Senior Procurement Partner for Travel will oversee the global travel team and ensure compliance to the Global Travel Policy.

• Senior manager role who will oversee the global corporate travel team and who will be working with internal and external parties including the executives support teams vendors and manage confidential documents.

• Accurately apply travel policy and requirements

• Ability to analyze recommend and implement changes as it relates to corporate travel balancing business needs and company controls

• Manage the global travel incentive trips and high level events (hotel and accommodations)

• Manage the travel booking tool and vendor relationship

• Negotiate preferred corporate rates for flights hotels car rentals visas

• Willingly offer travel advice and assistance to travelers

• Understand industry trends for developing future programs and cost savings strategies

• Maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies hotels & other travel vendors

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation of travel programs

• Prepare month end travel dashboard reports

• Work with other Finance teams to analyze spend reports and make recommendations for cost efficiencies or avoidance of unnecessary fees

• Strategic Travel management
