Senior Accountant – Learn from Controller who is stepping up to CFO and grow into the Controller position within 1-2 years

This newly created Senior Accountant role was created to support the companys momentum heading into 2026 and is ideal for someone who is highly tech-savvy comfortable moving quickly and energized by an environment where priorities evolve and no two days look the same. The company blends startup energy with real financial stability and youll work closely with a sharp hands-on Director of Finance who is looking for a long-term partner. This is a great job for someone who is eager to learn the business lean into technology and grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and grow into ownership of the month-end close process
• Prepare account reconciliations and develop a strong understanding of whats driving the numbers
• Assist with AP and AR functions to help keep operations running smoothly
• Partner with finance leadership on system improvements process enhancements and special projects
