Job Summary

This is a Full-Time (38 hours per week) permanent contract.

We have a full-time vacancy for Assistant Manager to join our Team at Highwater House.

The main purpose of the job is to be responsible for the smooth running of the home in the absence of the manager to work alongside the manager. To represent the home in a broad range of meetings projecting a positive image of St Martins Work with and for homeless people including those with complex needs in line with St Martins mission and in the most acceptable professional way and ensuring good practice.

We are looking for:

Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support even when faced with resistance.
Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health addictions or who are ex-offenders.
Ability and willingness to be flexible.
Someone to demonstrate confidence adaptability and conscientiousness have empathy with the people we support and the determination to make a difference.
