Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and execute business development strategies to expand valuation services across IPOs mergers & acquisitions financial reporting and capital markets.  

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives listed companies financial institutions and law firms to position our valuation expertise as a trusted solution.  

  • Market Expansion: Identify emerging opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and sectors in Hong Kong and Asia.  

  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Oversee preparation of high-impact proposals pitch materials and client engagement documentation to showcase our capabilities.  

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes.  

  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of regulatory developments IPO processes and market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams.  

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular performance updates to senior leadership. 


Qualifications :

  • University degree or above in Finance Accounting Business or related disciplines.  

  • 10 years of relevant experience in professional services financial advisory or investment banking with exposure to PRC enterprises preferred.  Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Director 

  • Proven track record of generating leads closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.  

  • Strong understanding of IPO processes valuation methodologies and financial instruments.  

  • Exceptional leadership communication and presentation skills with a strong business acumen.  

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
