What Youll Be Doing
- Act as the onsite first point of contact to troubleshoot and problem solve technical faults to identify and diagnose issues logically be it face to face by telephone chat email or remote login.
- Logging support calls in the internal system and assisting clients with a wide range of technological issues.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to meet ticket deadlines escalating to other team members as necessary.
- Delivering top-notch customer service with advanced technical know-how.
- Managing your workload efficiently consistently meeting SLAs KPIs and CSAT targets.
- Working predominantly at client sites but also given regular in-office time.
- Keeping documentation sharp and up to date.
- Staying abreast of the latest in technology.
What Youll Bring
- Hands-on experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk support roles preferably within an MSP environment or fast paced large sized business.
- Demonstrated experience installing and supporting Windows Operating Systems Microsoft 365 Applications and end user hardware and peripherals is mandatory with experience with Cisco phone systems being highly regarded.
- A proven ability to solve problems quickly and logically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
- A positive professional attitude and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Ownership accountability and a drive to make a difference from day one.
