As a Capability Advisor youll work across a defined portfolio to design and deliver initiatives that build strong leaders and teams and strengthen our culture. Reporting to one of our Capability Business Partners these two newly created roles can be based in Christchurch or Auckland and will play a key role in delivering our People Strategy and Leadership Framework.
In this role you will:
- Co-design and deliver practical leadership and team development initiatives in partnership with Capability Development Partners.
- Support the planning delivery and evaluation of organisational development and capability projects.
- Use data feedback and insights to shape initiatives and measure their impact.
- Leverage continuous listening tools to inform initiatives and support leaders in applying insights within their teams.
- Work collaboratively across the Capability & Engagement team and wider People function to deliver integrated portfolio-based solutions.
- Model collaborative project-based ways of working that strengthen consistency quality and the stakeholder experience.

Youre passionate about building strong leaders high-performing teams and a positive culture. You bring practical experience in organisational development and coaching enjoy working collaboratively across portfolios and can translate strategy into initiatives that make a real impact. You communicate confidently build strong relationships and have the cultural capability to work inclusively and effectively across Aotearoa.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as an OD or learning practitioner coaching leaders and designing initiatives.
- Strong facilitation skills for diverse groups virtually and in person.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with cultural capability in te ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
A tertiary qualification in organisational psychology/development or related discipline and accreditation in psychometric or development tools such as DISC and/or Strengths is desirable.
