As a BCBA Supervisor at New Story Schools you will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans to ensure they align with each students IEP. Youll coach guide and support staff in implementing best practices that create safe effective learning environments for all students.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in education or human services field (masters preferred)
Current BCBA BCaBA or relevant professional license
Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
Proven ability to lead train and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
Strong communication and organizational skills
What Youll Do
Design implement and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with school leaders educators and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming
Supervise coach and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice
Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates
Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies de-escalation techniques and safe learning environment practices
