Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient/office setting ensuring efficient patient care accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform vitals venipuncture EKGs phlebotomy specimen collection and point-of-care testing
Prepare patients and exam rooms; assist providers during procedures
Support patient mobility and communicate care instructions
Maintain logs supplies equipment and a clean compliant work environment
Manage EMR documentation orders prescription refills scheduling referrals and insurance verification

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program
Medical Assistant Certificate
BLS (AHA) required

Preferred

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
EMR experience
