Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Warehouse Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting hiring training and development compensation and benefits administration employee relations employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action and other.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher or one year of HR related experience with supervisor approval.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
- SHRM or other professional certification
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
