About the Role:
Silicon Labsisseekingan experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic global HR team on a fixed-term basis.
In this role you will play a key part in supporting our North American employee population and partnering closely with our global Functional HRBPand Employee Experience teams. You will bepart ofa truly global HR Generalist team with peers in Singapore Budapest and India.Given our client groupexpertise experience inthesemiconductoror technologyindustriesis highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR generalist support and guidance to employees and managers in North America.
Partner with Functional HRBPs on various HR initiatives and projects including performance managementcompensation planningtalent development and organizational design.
Support talent programs administration with the Employee Experience team
Manage and resolve employee relations issues including performance concernsbehavioralissues and conflict resolution ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws.
Execute on organizational changes in partnership with the Functional HRBPs as needed by working closely with global HR Operationsand HRISteam members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidancesupportand trainingto managers on performancemanagementimprovement plans disciplinary actions and terminations.Maintain related records as needed.
Analysedatafor pay disparity adherence to organizational design principles and drive consistency in processand philosophyacross all business groups.
Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations in North America including Canada.
Collaborate with the Legal teamand relevant HRBPonanycomplex employee relations mattersif needed.
Assistwith immigration processes and visa applicationsasfrom time to time(experience in this area is a plusthough notessential).
Maintainaccurateemployee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of North American employment laws and regulations including thosespecific to TexasCaliforniaandCanada.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Experience withWorkdayHRIS and dataanalysis in Excel (pivot tables etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Experience with immigration processes is desirablebut not essential.
Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) powered tools and technologies used to enhance productivity analysis and decision-making
