Architect with Service Owner role (REF4172T)

As our Architect & Service Owner for Microsoft Power Platform you will...

• Design the future: youll evaluate and shape how Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps / Dynamics / Dataverse) can embed into our Deutsche Telekom ecosystem from first sketch to live architecture.

• Own the lifecycle: from planning and integration to daily operation youll be the go-to expert for Power Platform inside our stack. Youll configure environments assign licences monitor & tune performance and automate operational workflows that keep everything humming.

• Bridge business and tech worlds: youll partner with business teams to understand their needs then translate these into robust scalable solutions on the Power Platform. You are their trusted advisor when it comes to yes we can build that.

• Ensure reliability & compliance: from security and data-protection to works-council requirements youll craft and maintain documentation (flow-charts SDSKs internal docu) and make sure all our solutions are rock-solid and audit-ready.

• Drive innovation: keep an eye on emerging Microsoft services & features and champion their adoption where they make sense. Youll help continuously evolve our internal IT landscape making it smarter leaner easier to use.

What were looking for:

• Someone with a sharp eye for architecture and integration design not just a hands-on hacker but a strategic thinker who understands infrastructure security compliance and the lifecycle of enterprise-grade IT services.

• A doer: you dont just propose you build deploy monitor document and own the delivered solution.

• A communicator: you work as a nexus between business stakeholders internal teams external vendors (e.g. Microsoft support) clarity and solid collaboration skills are a must.

• Bonus points if you enjoy improving ops by automating repetitive tasks and building scalable workflows that make work easier for hundreds or thousands of colleagues.

Qualifications :

Required skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform and integration into enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of system architecture security compliance and data governance

• Experience with service lifecycle management (implementation operation improvement)

• Ability to document and maintain architectural and operational artefacts

• Confident stakeholder communication and coordination with external vendors (English is a must German is a bonus)

• Use of Incident Problem and Change tools according to ITIL and Agile processes
