Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Intern or Postdoctoral Researcher to investigate processstructureproperty relationships in aerospace alloys with emphasis on titanium and nickel systems. You will perform microstructural characterization (Optical SEM EBSD) conduct heat-treatment experiments in in-house facilities under expert supervision and help build quantitative usable correlations using physics-based and data-driven approaches. This role collaborates with a diverse global team and requires clear communication of research findings.
Job Description
Site Overview
Established in 2000 the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies advanced materials and additive manufacturing.
