Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties across all campus facilities including restrooms classrooms offices lobbies and high-traffic areas.
- Engage in physically demanding tasks such as scrubbing floors vacuuming carpets dusting surfaces disinfecting restrooms and cleaning windows.
- Lift carry and transport items such as trash bags cleaning supplies boxes and furniture (e.g. chairs tables rugs) on a daily basis.
- Safely and consistently lift a minimum of 50 pounds often multiple times throughout the day.
- Move and reposition furniture and equipment to support cleaning and event setup needs.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers vacuums and pressure washers with proficiency and care.
- Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Monitor facility cleanliness throughout the day and respond promptly to spills messes or urgent cleaning needs.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations and report inventory shortages or equipment issues to the Lead Operations Pastor.
Event & Facility Support
- Assist with room setups furniture arrangements and post-event cleanups.
- Collaborate with campus teams to ensure facilities are ready for weekend services events and ministry activities.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning or setup needs during services and events.
Safety & Stewardship
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to cleaning chemicals equipment and lifting.
- Report maintenance issues safety hazards or facility concerns to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure compliance with CCVs standards for cleanliness safety and stewardship.
