Job Summary
Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a UKInsurance Senior Manager.
Over the years we have established ourselves as a strong partner in the UK insurance sector. We remain dedicated to continually enhancing our service portfolio to help our customers navigate future challenges and seize new opportunities in challenging environments. Becoming part of theUK teamwill present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on serving our existing customer portfolio both here in the UK and internationally and attracting new Insurance clients. We currently advise 13 of the largest 15 European Insurers and 4 of the top 5 reinsurers.
This will meanworking with our key clientson a wide range of advisory projects bringingdeep business and technology expertiseto help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations.
Your role as aSenior Managermeans being akey player in the development of the UK practice in terms of:
Deep Industry Expertiseand Experience:Proven track record in delivering Insurance transformation across the value chain leveraging Technology to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Business Development:Play a key sales role driving complexbusiness proposals and contributing significantly to account challenging deal wins and sales growth by expandingnetworks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders. Demonstrate cutting-edge expertise on a topic being ableto make a difference when selling enriching the value propositionanticipate trends and clients needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology and insurance sector.
People development supporting the development of our teams in the UK and leading and coaching our teams both on client engagements and internally.
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role:
Solid foundations inconsulting skillsin external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (Insurance transformation management or Advisory focused)
Proven track record ofselling consulting services(account planning pitches proposals value proposition development)
Solid network of contacts within the insuranceindustry
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organizationexperience in managing and leading teams developing and coaching junior members of staff
Provenbackground leading strategic Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office /client site whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
Note: Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
