Job Summary
We are actively looking to appoint a Yard/Branch Assistant to join the newly formed team in Cardiff. If you are a hardworking flexible individual who can work as part of a small team and provide excellent customer service then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your job
In this role as a Yard/Branch Assistant some of the duties involve:
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
- Process orders accurately within a time dictated by the customer deadline
- Serve customers on the trade counter when required
- Daily friendly customer interactions
Qualifications :
You will come to us with:
- Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
- Literacy & Numeracy
- A hardworking & helpful individual willing to be trained in all aspects of our operation
- An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
- Forklift truck licence
