People Experience Advisor Intern

Were looking for a People Experience Advisor Intern to join our Shared Services Center in Lisbon and support our global People Experience team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices contribute to international HR operations and help shape the future of employee experience at Unit4.

What Youll Do

As a People Experience Advisor Intern youll:

• Support administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle including onboarding time and absence offboarding document generation support in payroll tasks etc.
• Handle employee queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Learn and follow standardized operational processes escalating complex matters to experienced Advisors and Payroll Specialists.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance in systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with People Experience colleagues across regions to ensure consistency in support delivery.

Qualifications :

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources Psychology Accounting Management or a related field.
• You have a genuine interest in HR and a passion for supporting employees.
• You are detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• You have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office tools.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative multicultural environment.
• You have previous work experience in any area.
• You are curious adaptable and eager to learn about the People Experience function and its impact.
