Product Management is a team sport at ServiceNow. We have a unique organization structure in which many teams like Marketing Sales Solution Consulting Inbound Product Managers and engineering work together to contribute to a products success. As an Outbound Product Manager for HR Service Delivery you will play a lead role in supporting HR Service Delivery products and play a critical role in getting these products to market and accelerate adoption.  

What you get to do in this role:

  • Craft go-to-market materials used to enable Sales and Partners on product capabilities messaging enhancements and roadmaps.
  • Be a primary partner for Inbound Product Managers based in India providing continuity between India and US based teams.
  • Drive adoption-at-scale activities including Community content webinars and customer meetings
  • Provide technical product knowledge to internal stakeholders and partners to ensure successful implementations for customers on this new product.
  • Deliver vision strategy and roadmap sessions for customers and partners.
  • Be a conduit for market and customer requirements into the development of product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on content and demos to support go-to-market.
  • Partner with solution consulting to define the use case outcomes and product narratives to support customer-facing sales demos.
  • Assist in preparation of briefing materials for analysts.
  • Curate customer product adoption stories that can be used for marketing materials references and in sales pursuits.
  • Partner with and support Core Business Workflows Outbound Product team on customer Community content needs Live on ServiceNow webinars Product Advisory Councils and Special Interest Groups.
  • Collaborate with Platform and other product teams on both product strategy and go-to-market strategy and activities.
  • Play a role in defining pricing and packaging needs.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to ensure our products remain competitive and meet customer expectations.
  • Understand how customers are using the product and where the product is meeting or failing to meet customer expectations and adoption goals.
  • Track product adoption metrics.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role we need someone who has:

  • 7 years in a customer-facing role in Product Management Solution Consulting Product Delivery or similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the human resources technology domain is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in the talent management or skills technology domain is nice to have.
  • Knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform and capabilities is a plus.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with all levels of customers colleagues cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator able to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward a goal. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
  • Ability to work hands-on starting small and scaling up over a period.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity with a bias for action and continuous learning.
