Inspection / Measurement of components and claim handling
Preparation of measurement protocol Conduct Measurement system analysis and Co-relation
Supplier Audits.
Adherance of Compliances.
Qualifications :
B Tech/ B. E - Mechanical Engineering
Additional Information :
Hands on experience of measuring equipments like CMM Roundness tester Roughness tester Hardness testeretc
Understanding of drawing GD&T
Fluency in Communication Flexibility Decision ability
Fluency with MS office
Knowledge of Basic and preventive Quality tools Problem solving methodology
Knowledge of QMS system / IATF 16949 / PPAP Preferred lead Auditor qualification
Preferred VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification
Manufacturing process knowledge Exposure to heat treatment surface treatment process
