Position Overview:
The role involves supporting environmental projects by preparing reports obtaining statutory clearances and assisting in stakeholder engagements. The candidate will work under supervision ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting project proposals and training activities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Environmental Sector
- Site visit data collection and analysis of primary and secondary data
- Experience in ESG strategy and reporting
- Assessment of environmental impacts and provide mitigation measures
- Preparation of Environmental report
- Prepare application for statutory clearances and Consent to Establish and Operate
- Preparation of EMP
- Assist in Public hearing and presentation
- Uploading on the applications on the online portal of the concerned Authority
- Experience of working in EC clearance projects
- Conduct stakeholder consultations workshops and trainings
- Support in preparation proposals
- Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
Qualifications :
Masters in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science Environmental Management or Environmental Sustainability
Additional Information :
- Knowledge of environmental laws regulations and statutory compliance procedures.
- Experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
- Proficiency in using environmental software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks within deadlines.
- Prior experience with stakeholder consultations public hearings and workshops
