Job Description

Job Title - Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Experience - 7- 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirement:-

Lead the implementation configuration and support of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules including Order Management (OM) Inventory (INV) Purchasing (PO)
Conduct requirements gathering gap analysis and functional design workshops with business stakeholders.
Configure workflows approvals and setups for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
Perform data migration integration and reconciliation across SCM and financial modules.
Develop and execute test plans including unit system and UAT.
Provide post-implementation support troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations reports and interfaces.
Stay updated on Oracle patches enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
Expertise in Order Management Inventory Purchasing and Advanced Pricing.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning procurement cycles and order fulfilment.
Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major upgrades.
Proficiency in functional documentation (MD050 BR100) and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher Oracle Reports).
Familiarity with multi-org structures setups and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of PL/SQL Oracle Workflow Builder and integration tools is a plus.
Oracle certifications in SCM or related modules preferred.
