Your Impact
Strategic Leadership & Service Excellence
Drive Technical Vision: Provide strategic direction for the Technical Services team ensuring the India organization remains at the forefront of network security innovation including SASE.
Partner Ecosystem Growth: Collaborate with external partners to enhance their service product offerings and delivery capabilities.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities of the consulting organization ensuring high-quality delivery of professional services and resident engineering engagements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison for Sales Leadership to ensure technical requirements align with customer business outcomes and expectations.
People & Culture Management
Talent Development: Lead a team of delivery professionals with a focus on active career coaching training and helping each individual reach their full potential.
Team Management: Manage team operations technical enablement and talent development including hiring promotions and performance management.
Build a healthy culture within the team
Business Integration
Reporting & Visibility: Provide consistent status updates to regional leadership and play an active role in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Escalation Management: Serve as a calm decisive leader during customer escalations ensuring swift resolution while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Educational Background: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Masters degree is highly preferred.
Proven Leadership: 7 years of experience managing teams of 10 service delivery professionals specifically within a high-growth technology environment.
Security Domain Expertise: Solid technical foundation in Internet security concepts and hands-on experience with Network Security product implementations.
Influencing Skills: Exceptional ability to present to internal executives and external clients with the power to influence decision-making at all levels.
Multitasking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritize a complex workload proactively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for translating technical complexity into business value.
