As the Technical Services Senior Director (Global Scale Team) you are the leader for a global technical team of Professional Services Consultants that provides expertise and guidance in customers network security and zero trust post-sales journey. The Global Scale Team is responsible for the delivery and deployment of Palo Alto Networks solutions to customers globally ensuring their success and establish Palo Alto Networks as a customers cybersecurity partner of choice.
Your Impact
Strategic Leadership & Scale: Define the long-term vision for the Global Scale Team. Execute a hyper-growth strategy to scale delivery capacity and capability moving beyond traditional services into outcome-based managed services and transformational consulting for our cybersecurity platform.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity engagements (Network Security Cloud Security Zero Trust). Ensure 100% customer success by driving rigorous quality standards reducing time-to-value and championing zero-defect deployment and adoption of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Talent Magnetism: Build a culture that attracts and develops top engineering and consulting talent particularly in India. Foster an environment of inclusion psychological safety and relentless innovation.
Global Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between the India-based team and Global Technical Services leadership. Seamlessly integrate the India team into global account strategies ensuring cohesive One Palo Alto Networks delivery for the customer.
Innovation & Automation-First: Drive the delivery organization to be highly data-driven and automation-first. Champion the internal use of data and automation to streamline delivery workflows code generation and testing setting a new industry standard for efficiency in cybersecurity services.
Be part of the Technical Services leadership team to collaboratively define and execute delivery strategy and then execute tactically to deliver upon these associated strategic objectives.
Partner with stakeholders such as in-region teams PMO RMO Services sales etc. to drive organizational goals for Revenue Margin Efficiency and Automation.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Senior Leadership & Scale: 15 years of professional experience with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Director/VP level) within a Global Professional Services System Integrator (SI) or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
Proven Scale: Proven track record of managing large-scale global delivery organizations (300 headcount preferred) with P&L or cost-center accountability.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and Zero Trust ecosystem (Network Security Cloud Security Threat Intelligence). You can speak the language of a CISO as fluently as you speak with a Security Engineer.
Transformation: Experience leading an organization through a major shiftspecifically from Time & Material (T&M) models to Managed Services or Fixed-Fee outcome-based delivery models.
Demonstrable experience in building high-performing teams where team members feel appreciated and have their talents fully utilized and explored.
Builder Mindset: Experience setting up a delivery center from scratch or leading a massive expansion phase (0 to 1 and 1 to 100).
Global Fluency: Experience working in a highly matrixed global environment influencing stakeholders in different time zones without direct authority.
India Focus: Extensive experience in leading culturally diverse teams and in particular have experience with leading teams in India on a remote or hybrid basis.
Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills where staying true to the mission of Palo Alto Networks is paramount.
Solid financial acumen and experience in running a $10M P&L.
