Job Summary
AECOM Burnaby is Hiring a Project Coordinator for their transportation team
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate engineering support throughout the construction phase of a major transit infrastructure project involving elevated guideway & stations power propulsion substations and ancillary site works associated with such infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and senior team members in the day-to-day coordination of project activities.
Assist in tracking project deliverables to ensure alignment with AECOMs quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams clients contractors and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation meeting minutes action logs and other project controls.
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
Help manage workflows deadlines and document submissions within project systems.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
Civil Engineering Degree Diploma in construction project management construction management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideally 3 years of relevant work experience in a project coordination or support role preferably within the infrastructure or transportation sector.
Familiar with P3 or alternative delivery project models.
Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented proactive and team-focused.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Smartsheet Aconex and BlueBeam.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
