Contract Operations Analyst (Polish speaking)

TheContinental Metering Business Operations(MRO) department is the process engine for all metered business activities of Statkraft in Germany Poland Iberia France Italy and Netherlands. We are expanding our Market activities in Poland and we are looking for someone that is keen to support our strategy and take the lead for the operations as well as setting up new processes around upstream and downstream power purchase agreements. 

As a Contract Operation Analyst you will be hired into Market Activities and Continous Improvements MRO(T). You will support the full value chain of the contracts from deal entry to payment and you will work closely with our colleagues in Front Office but also with other support functions like Regulatory Reporting or Revenue Operations and our process experts in this role which can be based inWarsawAmsterdam or Düsseldorf you will be the representative of MRO for Poland and you will:  

• Help setting up the services to operate metered business in the Polish market and share the knowledge with the team. 
• Support daily operations for energy contracts in Poland (billing metering CSIRE switching PWI SWI and other). 
• Identify opportunities to further automate and streamline daily operations. 
• Collaborate with teams in Warsaw Amsterdam and Düsseldorf. 
• Communicate with customers grid operators and internal teams. 
• Help set up and improve processes for new and existing businessfor Poland and other markets MRO supports. 

Qualifications :

• Good understanding of the Polish physical energy market (billing metering switching CSIRE WIRE etc.). 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Solution-oriented eager to learn and ready to take initiative. 
• Fluent in Polish and English. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with SAP Salesforce or similar billing and CRM systems. 
• Knowledge of energy balancing and market communication.
