Banking Customer Care Specialist German Speaker

We are partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Banking Customer Care Specialists for a prestigious financial services project in Szczecin Poland. Your Role
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking banking clients handling inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Financial Transactions: Assist customers with online and telephone banking services including account management and transaction inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Identify troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to banking products fees and digital tools.
- Account Administration: Process product changes update customer contact information (e.g. 3D Secure mobile numbers) and manage document verification for onboarding.
- Complaint Handling: Record customer complaints with care initiate goodwill refunds where appropriate and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Data Accuracy: Document all client interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure a high-quality customer experience and follow-up.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service banking or financial services is highly preferred but not always mandatory.
- Aptitude: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a desire to learn about banking regulations and products.
