Job Summary
Your duties:
- Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
- Support or Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience in FX payments cash management or other transactional financial solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST JSON Swagger/OpenAPI API consumers).
- Experience defining contracts error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Postman.
