Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and motivated Operations Consultant to join our Nursing this role you will manage all operational aspects of recruitment and daily shift bookings ensuring the right candidates are placed with the right clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in recruitment or healthcare operations.
Day to day!
- Interview register and place nurses and carers into suitable roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including inbound/outbound calls and shift bookings.
- Contribute to the growth of new business and expand the client and candidate database.
- Ensure compliance with legal WHS and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Lets talk about you!
You have experience in recruitment sales or call centre environments with strong customer service communication and organisational skills the ability to work independently and as part of a team familiarity with MS Office and IT systems and ideally some knowledge of the health nursing or aged care sector with qualifications in Business Administration HR/Recruitment or Sales/Customer Service considered a plus.
