National Productivity Manager

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

Coach develop and lead the Route Engineering team to foster continuous growth and achieve high performance.

Define refine and optimize routing processes and workflows to improve efficiency consistency and scalability across various markets.

Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the Director of Routing and the National Productivity Engineer to ensure alignment and maintain effective communication throughout RBDC.

Collaborate with Sales leadership (Directors Sales & Distribution General Sales Managers) to prioritize routing solutions and streamline existing processes.

Oversee project execution providing administrative direction to ensure deliverables are completed accurately on time and in line with expectations.

Drive improvements in customer service performance across all markets by enhancing routing practices and innovating processes.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regular use of hands and fingers for handling or feeling objects reaching with hands and arms as well as effective communication through speech and hearing.

Frequent walking and sitting.

Occasional standing stooping kneeling crouching or crawling.

Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds as necessary.

Vision requirements include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Potential exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying outdoor weather conditions.

The work environment typically features moderate noise levels.

Qualifications :

A bachelors degree or 57 years of relevant industry experience.

A minimum of 2 years of management experience within the beverage industry or a comparable inventory warehouse or operations environment.

Practical knowledge of data warehousing systems.

Proven leadership abilities including mentoring training and delivering corrective feedback.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop presentation materials and present effectively in both individual and group settings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.

Exceptional analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information :

Experience with routing software.

Background in logistics or supply chain management.

Experience in personnel management.
