As an Application Group Executive you are responsible to develop and/or introduce new products processes and packaging within factory based on R&D owned technology or in close collaboration with R&D while taking into consideration compliance with Nestle and external standards. You will play an important role in providing support forfactory and marketing on projects / initiatives related to product processes and technologies improvement whilstdriving cost optimisation projects related to raw materials packaging materials product and processes.
A day in the life of an Application Group Executive..
- Projects (NPD Raw/Packaging InterMarket Supply) successfully industrialised and in compliance to Nestle requirement in terms of quality regulatory SHE and environmental sustainability.
- All processes and requirements related to Materials and Recipe Management are followed and comply with corporate standards.
- Raw Materials Packaging Materials and Product cost optimisation and process improvements.
- Flawless deployment of new product/technology from R&D to operations including know-how.
- Work place safety in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents.
What will make you successful:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Science related field (Food Sciences and Tehnology Industrial Chemistry Biochemistry Chemical Engineering or etc.)
- 2-5 years experience in Food Manufacturing/R&D.
- Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environment.
