Our team provides a wide range of services that support pets health at every stage of life from preventive wellness to complex surgical care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our Hospital Manager and our medical team in driving operational excellence strategic initiatives and team performance across all clinical and administrative functions. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned veterinary professional or practice leader with a passion for elevating quality patient care and building a positive collaborative workplace culture. This role also offers a personal-time friendly schedule of 3 days/30 hours per week which is full time with full benefits.
Our Services Include:
- Preventive & Wellness Care: Routine exams puppy & kitten care senior pet care vaccinations and health screenings to ensure long-term well-being
- Diagnostics & In-House Testing: Digital x-rays comprehensive diagnostics and advanced equipment for accurate early detection
- Surgical Services: A full suite of veterinary surgeries including orthopedic procedures spay/neuter and other surgical interventions performed with safety and comfort in mind
- Dental Care: Oral health services ranging from routine cleaning to advanced dental treatments
- Pharmacy & Support: In-house pharmacy to support treatment plans and ensure continuity of care

What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams fostering growth accountability and a cohesive practice culture.
- Work closely with clinical leadership to align services workflows and patient-centric outcomes.
- Oversee key operational areas including scheduling quality assurance performance metrics client experience and staff development.
- Champion strategic initiatives including community outreach service expansion and technology adoption.
- Support daily hospital operations with a focus on efficiency consistency and excellent communication among teams.
