What Youll Do

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions industry standard methodologies multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

• Lead ASEAN HCM Consulting business development work with business leaders to drive HCM opportunities solutions prepare quality proposal and presentation end to end bid processes.
• Work as HCM domain expert and play Solution Architect internal and external advisory; review and QC in HCM projects; lead and manage large and sophisticated HCM projects.
• Lead HCM go to market initiatives and work closely with offshore teams on solution offering consulting IP creations and deployments.
• Support practice and resource management optimization hiring and expansion. Mentor to junior consultants and team members.
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs multifaceted and sophisticated duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Applies Oracle methodology company procedures and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately sophisticated customer engagements
• Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
• Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals
• Contributes to statements of work work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
• Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge
• Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions
• Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft experience
• HCM SME with strong solutioning experience to lead business development and project delivery manage large and complex HCM projects create bandwidth and capacity in HCM domain to cope with presales and delivery demand
• Leading key projects delivery as the solution architect hands-on lead developers and/or technical leader
• Proven communicator ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives
• Ability to manage multiple delivery engagements
• Business case development project and program management business development proposal writing and management
• Hands-on development of deliverable utilizing formal structured methodology
