As a Senior Officer Campaigns and Events you will:
- Develop and implement practical accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs
- Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes finds practical ways to deal with them and evaluates progress
- Actively seek client feedback on products and services respond transparently and identify practical improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Provide clear and ethical advice to clients addressing immediate needs and offering practical recommendations.
- Establish and demonstrate a high level of learning energy and commitment and maintain personal integrity and make decisions consistent with university values
- Strive for excellence by consulting clients to clarify information needs success criteria and delivery timelines.
To be successful youll have:
- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in event project management marketing communications or related areas
- Experience executing multiple activities and initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail in a busy and complex environment
