Job Summary

Catering Supervisor

$31 per hour 12% super

Monday to Friday role with a 7am start and 3pm finish
Enjoy having school holidays off too!

THE POSITION

Plan supervise and monitor food production for daily service in a retail outlet serving food & beverages
Operate the till and process transactions
Prepare and serve espresso coffee
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Maintain focus on Food and People safety

THE PERSON

Current Working with children check or ability to obtain
Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or be willing to obtain
Must have experience in fast paced cafe environment and experience with espresso machine required
Experience in a similar role leading a team and delivering exceptional food service
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
