Job Family Group Description - Merchandising:This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection availability and visibility of brands collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel.
Job Family Description - Visual Merchandising:
Ensures product visibility store display layout and signs are aligned with brand style. Supports the development of designs and creation of physical material needed for events campaigns and/or special events following creative guidelines and style guide.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain effective communication with stores and teams overseeing daily adjustments to store displays and visual merchandising.
2. Assist the Regional VM in developing product layout strategies.
3. Collect feedback and suggestions related to store displays.
4. Execute visual merchandising tasks for company events including new store openings in accordance with instructions from the Visual Merchandising Department.
5. Conduct regular store visits to ensure all visual merchandising aligns with the companys brand image and standards.
6. Support store sales from a visual merchandising perspective by tailoring displays to individual store conditions while adhering to company guidelines.
7. Assist in training and coaching store staff to maintain proper merchandise presentation fixtures and display standards thereby improving daily store maintenance.
Job Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled as a university student majoring in Visual Communication Design Display Design or related fine arts fields.
2. Passionate about the luxury industry.
3. Proficient in graphic design software with strong skills in Adobe Suite CAD Excel PowerPoint and Word.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
6. Available for a 6-month internship.
