As the Specialist Talent Management you will play a pivotal role in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our employees. THE ROLE
As the Specialist Talent Management you will:

• Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
• Ensure we always have the best talent for our business needs through effective timely actions
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we consistently acquire the best talent for the business
• Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
• Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
• Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing talent
• Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic compensation solutions
• Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Specialist Talent Management has:

• Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in broad P&C knowledge and experience supporting backend people processes
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
